Amazon Account Assistant (Full-Time, On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listings: Create, optimize, and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to enhance visibility and sales performance.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.

Create Shipment: Manage and Create new Shipments and resolve any fulfillment issues.

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction

Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), and provide regular reports to identify growth opportunities.

Compliance: Ensure all listings adhere to Amazon’s policies and guidelines to avoid account issues.

Problem Resolution: Handle disputes, A-to-Z claims, and account health issues in coordination with Amazon support.
