How to spot a fake job

Every job on Bano Qabil Jobs is free to apply for. If anyone asks you for money, they’re not a real employer. That holds whether they found you here or anywhere else.

Warning signs

• They ask for money

  Registration fee, security deposit, training charges, a “refundable” amount. There’s no such thing in a real hiring process.

• They want your CNIC, ATM PIN or original documents

  Before an interview, an employer needs none of these. Never hand over originals.

• They move you to WhatsApp immediately and rush you

  “Job confirmed today only.” Real employers are slow. Keep the conversation on Bano Qabil Jobs, where you can report it.

• What the blue badge does and doesn’t mean

  A verified employer sent registration documents that our team checked. It isn’t a promise about how they treat people, and an employer without a badge is not automatically fake. Many never applied for one.
