Your name, your headline, your introduction, your photo if you uploaded one, your city and country, your skills, the Bano Qabil courses you completed, your languages, your education, your work history in years, whether you’re open to work, the job types and work modes you prefer, and any links you chose to add.

Your public page is built by a server-side process that copies only those fields. A field added to your account tomorrow is private unless someone deliberately adds it to that list.

Your phone number, your email address, your date of birth, your gender, your father’s name, your street address, your CV or portfolio file, your current salary, and your Bano Qabil ID number.

These are not copied to the public page at all, and there’s no way to reach them from it. It isn’t a setting you could switch on by accident. Your Bano Qabil verification shows as a badge. The ID number behind it is never shown to anyone.

An employer who has your application can see more than a visitor can, including your CV. Nobody sees your phone number or your father’s name at any point.

An employer’s name, logo, website, type, industry, size, founding year, introduction, office locations, verification status, and any careers email or phone they explicitly chose to publish.

The email and phone they signed up with are login credentials and are never published. Neither is the named contact person on their account, nor any document they sent for verification.

Ask us and we’ll unpublish it. Your public page and every URL pointing at it are removed at once, and it stops appearing in search on this site immediately. Search engines drop a removed page on their own next crawl.

A profile is offered to Google only once it has a name, a headline, a short introduction and at least three skills. Below that it still works and you can still share the link. It isn’t offered to search engines.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the site people actually use. It tells us how many people opened a job, what they searched for, and where a page is losing people. The Android app reports the same way.

What reaches Google is the page you looked at, the job you opened, what you typed into the search box, the fact that you applied for a job and which job it was, the fact that you created an account and whether it’s a candidate or an employer one, and the ordinary things any website can see: your device, your browser, your language, and a rough location worked out from your network.

We don’t send your name, your email address, your phone number or anything from your CV, and we don’t tell Google which account you’re signed in to. So Google is told that somebody applied for a particular job, never that you did.

It isn’t used for advertising. There’s no ad network on this site and nothing here is sold to one. If you’d rather not be counted, Google publishes a browser add-on that turns it off on every site you visit, and most browsers have a tracking-protection setting that does the same.

Google Analytics sets a cookie so it can tell a returning visit from a new one. Apart from that, reading this site sets no advertising cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. Signing in sets a session cookie, which is what keeps you signed in.
