Sales of Umrah Packages:

Sell Umrah packages to individual and group clients. Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals. Promote special packages and offers to drive increased sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and agents. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure all services (flights, accommodation, visas, etc.) are delivered smoothly.

Market Visits & Coordination:

Regularly visit target markets, potential clients, and business partners (including travel agents, shops, and pharmacies) to promote Umrah packages. Collaborate with travel agents and corporate partners to offer special deals and bulk bookings.
